Hello, I’m Ksenia Sita, and if you’ve found your way here, I imagine some part of you is looking for more than information. You’re looking for someone who actually understands what it means to be a woman moving through the deeper passages of life.
I’m a guide, healer, and teacher devoted to one thing: helping women come home to themselves. Whatever that looks like for you – whether you’re rediscovering your femininity, opening your heart to love, navigating pregnancy and motherhood, or walking a path of spiritual awakening – this is a space for all of it.
My path has taken me through the study of Vedic knowledge, Ayurveda, energy healing, and feminine mysticism. I’ve trained in Slavic ancestral healing traditions, explored the sacred teachings of the Womb Path and Mary Magdalene lineage, and most recently completed a certification in Prenatal Postnatal Yoga and Garbhasanskara – the ancient Indian science of conscious pregnancy. I weave all of this together, not as separate modalities, but as one living body of wisdom in service of women.
I also know from the inside what profound personal transformation feels like. And that experience lives in everything I offer.
