It is very important for women to know how to stay energetically clean and take care of their gentle energy to stay soft and feminine. There are a few simple things every woman can and should do when she comes back home at the end of the day. They are called an energetic hygiene, meaning a hygiene in a subtle spiritual level.

Steps for Energetic Hygiene

1. Body. When taking a shower, try to use it as a way of washing away all the negativity. It is important to wash it from hair as well. To do that, you can either wash your hair. If you don’t want to make them wet, get and use pretty shower cap. As an option, simply sprinkling water on your hair would do the trick too.
2. Face. Washing our beautiful face can not only cleanse it on a physical level, but can enhance our beauty and eliminate all the negative information that got stuck there during the day. The prettier you are – the more information (aka other people’s gazes) you carry on your face by the end of the day. You don’t need them, so wash away.
3. Hands. They get in contact with many people during the whole day. Not only through an actual physical contact, but through other things too, like money. Make sure you wash your hands lovingly. You can do it with some deliciously smelling soap too 😉
4. Feet. They carry not only our elegant bodies but our karma. If you wash them regularly, believe it or not, you karma gets better. Fun fact: massaging the feet of your lover erases all the bad memories about you. So if you did or said something wrong, just offer him some feet massage and he’ll quickly forgives and forgets 😉

All other cleansing method in general, like incenses, herbal smudges, rose or holy water, visualization of cleansing fire or waterfall, they all work as well.
