What is the feminine walk? It is that case when you see a woman walking on the street and it seems like she is not really walking but flying above the ground. Flowing. Gliding. She is a Woman and everyone notices her.
There is a little secret that helps to create this beauty of the feminine walk. It is very simple and very effective. I will share it with you at the very end.
First, I’d like to mention a few things that can affect how a woman walks.
What can affect our feminine walk?
Tension
If muscles are tensed from stress or worrying, overthinking, fears, all of this makes our body rigid and masculine-like. A very important part of the body that should always stay relaxed is the belly. Something I will talk about later as this is a very important topic. For now, just shaking your hips once in a while or dancing will help to relax that area. Massage is another wonderful way to get rid of the kinks and tensed areas. As well as all slow and flowing exercises like yoga, swimming, stretching.
Water
Women are creatures of water. It is an essential component of our bodies, and especially of a woman’s body. The main quality of water is a soft flowing movement. This a gift of water to us, women. If movements are rigid and abrupt, then there is not enough water in the body. Hydrate!
Thoughts
What we are thinking about daily is impacting our way of moving around and walking. Quiet silent minds with positive thoughts can relax us physically, and that, in turn, will improve the quality of the feminine walk. You may choose some spiritual path and pursue it while training your mind to stay calm and your heart to be loving.
Clothes
You may probably feel it when you wear a skirt or a dress that you change the way you move. Your walk slows down and you actually start gliding because what you wear affects your energy. Thus, clothes like pants or jeans bring more masculine energy where beautiful dresses make you very feminine right away.
And now, a little secret I mentioned earlier
Often times most people are in a rush. And walking is basically an attempt to not fall in front. That means that our torso is leaning forward all the time and we use our legs to keep it from falling, like walking aids or crutches. Now, when you bring your gravity center, which is around the belly area, a little backward, you will see and feel the difference. When you walk like this, with your gravity center staying backward, not forward, you will carry your body and it will follow your legs. Not the opposite. This way you will glide and your feminine walk will be slow and gracious. Try it, you will feel the difference instantly. And people will see it too.
Stay beautiful my darlings!

Hello , when I watch these videos all the women look just like a biological woman. I am a Fem man. I am big 6 feet tall about 250 pounds. I want to be Sexy I want men to notice me as a woman. How can I do this? Any advice would be helpful.
Thanks , Brianna.
Hi Brianna! Thank you for your interesting question. My answer is – be yourself. If you feel yourself as a woman, then act as a woman, not as a man who wants to be a woman. Authenticity is the key. I hope it helps.
I am learning to walk Feminine. I read that I should move my belly back to give me more of a womens walk. I don’t know to do. Would you give me some advice? I am a woman and I will act like a woman.
Thank You , Brianna
Ah, now I understand what piece you are referring to exactly. Okay, so imagine your whole body. Most people always lean forward with their top part of the body (from head to waist), and thus their legs serve as means to not fall forward. That looks like you are in a rush. So instead, take that top part of the body, from the tip of your head to your waist, and lean back with it, while keeping your hips at the same center point or even moving it slightly forward. So this way you don’t have to use your legs to not fall but rather to carry gracefully and slowly your whole body. Let me know if that makes sense.
Hi , your advice is a great help! I practice walking as a woman all the time. It is a challenge for me. Becoming the woman I want to be is Hard Work!
Thanks for helping me out! Brianna.
Great! Happy to help! <3
