Today we are talking about woman’s power and chakras. Do not worry, I will make it as simple and as entertaining as possible. There is a lot of information about chakras out there and I thought I would share about three in particular, since those three are quite important for a woman.
First Center – Pleasure
The very first center of woman’s power is located in the womb, around the area of the second chakra, Swadhistana. This is where the sexual energy is located, as this is where this energy is generated. In other words, this center is a sacral center of woman.
When this center is working well and the energy is healthy, such woman is glowing with power and beauty. She manifests charm, sexuality and pleasure. This woman constantly stays in the state of love towards herself and others, she is confident and knows her own price. She takes care of herself very well and can protect herself, while still being a beautiful delicate flower. She is able to enjoy every moment of like and men are easily attracted to a woman like this.

As long as you take time to enjoy everything you do, you will help your first center to stay healthy and strong.
Second Center – love
The second center is located in the area of the heart and the heart chakra Anahata. This is the location of the energy of love. When the heart is healthy and open, a woman radiates the pure energy of love and gratitude towards everything. She is happy and can create happiness in every circumstance.
Such woman is able to give and receive love easily. She is able to start and maintain healthy loving relationships with her children, the whole world and most importantly – with her man. All of that is based on true love coming from her heart. She is able to trust people and able to sense them very well.

This center is all about love, so engaging in any loving activity will certainly help. Additionally, you may try wearing clothes of lighter colors instead of the dark ones. It would be very beneficial to communicate and be friends with happily married women and mothers. Crystals like rose quartz and moonstone are good helpers. Eating organic dairy products, as well as a lot of vegetables and floral teas. It would be very good to become a vegetarian too.
Third center – spirit
Third center of woman’s power is located in the area of the throat, or Vishuddha chakra. This is where the energy of self-expression is located. The main purpose of this center is to share purity, beauty, tastefulness and harmony into the world. When this center is open and healthy, woman feels her divine and spiritual nature easily. She feels that she is a divine being and tries to manifest it to the outside world all the time. Her speech is beautiful and clean, she talks about proper and kind things. She is a pleasure to be around as a listener. She is truly the one who knows how to express truth with her beautiful speech.

As you can see, this center is very spiritually oriented. While it can be strong regardless of whether the spirituality is involved or not, in the former case self-expression will be more pure and will serve to the goodness of all. Such self-expression serves the world, and is not only about sharing the information and opinions. So it is like speaking your mind, but lovingly and kindly.
